Mattawan Consolidated Schools wanted Open Systems, however they were afraid of price. So, they made LonMark Open Systems an alternate. They were pleasantly surprised on bid day.

Grand Valley Automation was not only the low bidder, they were providing a TAC 100% LonMark compliant Open System. There was no extra to receive the type of system they desired. In fact, there was a savings.

The schedule was demanding, retrofit 5 buildings in 3 months. The project started in June and was completed in September, on time for the heating season.
